Carl was a true outdoorsman, friend and man of his word. When he left
us in 2005, he left a legacy to
help others enjoy his way of life. His
spirit lives on now through this foundation.

The Carl Stephen Wright Memorial Fund was set up to honor the memory of a son, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson and friend. In life, Carl was our hero and protector with a fierceness of character and a gentleness of spirit. Carl loved athletics and the outdoors, especially hunting, golf, hiking, snow boarding, mountain climbing and wrestling. He had a special place in his heart for children and the less fortunate. Had his star not fallen all too soon, his career would have been working with disadvantaged youth. Our memorial fund raises money in Carl’s memory for charities that work in areas that are important to Carl; especially those that help introduce children to the outdoors.
